The sommelier

The Infusion is transparent with gold greenish reflexes.  On the nose, it releases sweet and delicate scents, slightly balsamic with a note of leaves at the end.  It also discloses a spicy shade which is reminiscent of the cortex.
The taste is absolutely contouring, it has a perfect balance between nose and mouth and the final sensation is very balsamic. It has a delicate final lingering.
It is recommended to serve refrigerated
