Pure Larch Nectar

 

Once a year, during the summer period we extract the complex sap, resin and chlorophyll
from the larch trees grown in our fields 1,600 metres above sea level,
close to the National Park of Val Troncea. 
This area is well known for its natural beauty.
After a long and painstaking distillation, these precious and rare,
raw ingredients are cold pressed as the ancient tradition dictates,
becoming a unique digestive drink
then preserved in prestigious numbered and customised larch wood shrouded bottles.
