Pure Larch Nectar


Once a year, during the summer period we extract the complex sap, resin and chlorophyll
from the larch trees grown in our fields 1,600 metres above sea level,
close to the National Park of Val Troncea. 
This area is well known for its natural beauty.
Through traditional cold infusion method and distillation,
these fine and rare raw materials undergo a long and difficult process before
becoming a unique digestive drink.
The production is limited and bottles are numbered by hand
